Santa Sophia Hotel - Istanbul

The hotel we stayed at was perfect. First, the staff was friendly and helpful. They were pretty good too ensure that our stay was enjoyable. the location was ideal. We were just a few steps away from all the major attractions and sights that Istanbul has to offer. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city and visit places like the Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia. Lastly, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved starting our day with a variety of fresh and tasty options.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par.

Great location near attractions, supermarkets, and cafes. Good breakfast with delicious pastries, fruits, and desserts. Fast WiFi and a restaurant on the first floor. Helpful and friendly staff, even got a room upgrade. Hotel transfer from the airport available at a good price.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my visit. I could easily access all the great sites of the old city on foot, including the Grand bazaar, Aya Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, all in less than 10 minutes. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast served was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and cute.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about this hotel.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is just a hop away from famous landmarks like the Blue Mosque and has quick access to the tramline. It's a great base to explore Sultanahmet, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The spacious room had a wonderful view of the city. The clean bathroom was equipped with all necessary amenities.

The breakfast options were limited, and the noise from the elevators was disturbing at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the location is excellent, nestled in a narrow street in a rundown area. Despite the surroundings, it is conveniently located close to almost all the tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They were always ready to assist and provided impeccable service. Finally, the rooms at this hotel are comfortable and offer beautiful views. I was lucky enough to have a room with a view, which added an extra level of charm to my stay. The rooms are equipped with WC/bath facilities and were well maintained, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.

All was just fine, no complaints at all.

We loved the location of Santa Sophia Hotel, it was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. Although the room was small, it wasnice and neat, and we had a great view from the window. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist who went out of her way to help us with directions. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. we would recommend Santa Sophia Hotel for a great stay in Istanbul.
